$20.00 per class pre entry | $25.00 per class day of show entry
Entry fee not paid or post-marked by closing date of April 11, 2020 will increase to $25.
Number of Entries:
150 runs per day per Judge | Multiple dogs allowed, titling dog must be run first
For Exhibition Only entries permitted | Day of Show entries permitted if space allows
Registration Entry and Closing:
Entries will be awarded on a First-Come-First-Serve basis of all entries received.
Pre-entries close on April 11, 2020.
For cancellation of entries on or before 5pm April 11, 2020 – Full refund minus $25 processing fee.
For cancellation of entries after 5pm April 11, 2020: 50% refund will be issued if host can fill your space.
No refund will be issued after this date if host can’t fill your space.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations during the last 72 hours before the event or no-shows.
Please note: Due to time constraints, host may opt to not fill cancelled spaces and no refund will be issued.
This cancellation and refund policy applies to competitors that must withdraw for any reason including but not limited to injury, illness, emergency, and personal or work-related reasons.
Requesting Changes to Entry
All changes to trial entries must be made in writing no less than one week prior to trial date to the Trial Secretary, Stephanie Ortel at firstname.lastname@example.org. No changes to Element Classes or Games Classes will be made the day of show, such as entering or pulling from an Element Class or Games Class. Competitors are expected to review their entry confirmation email for accuracy. Element Classes and Games Classes may, however, be added in those instances where the Affiliates/Trial Host accepts day of show entries.

7:45am – Novice/All Day Volunteer Check-in
8:00am - Run Volunteers
9:00am - Novice Competitor Check-in
9:15am - Novice Briefing, followed by running all Novice competitors
10:45am - Intermediate Competitor Check-in
11:00am - Intermediate Briefing, followed by running all Intermediate competitors
12:00pm – Lunch
12:00pm – Afternoon Volunteer Check-in
12:00pm - Advanced Competitor Check-in
12:30pm - Advanced and Games Briefing, followed by running all Advanced competitors
1:30pm - Run both Games
Dogs must have valid USCSS™ registration numbers to compete in this trial.
Handler may run multiple dogs, but titling dog must be run first.
